Goal
The objective of the non-profit organization is to spread world peace, as well as Indian culture, spirituality and philanthropy in Belgium. The association achieves these goals by spreading the teachings of the Indian spiritual leader “Sai Baba of Shirdi” regarding love, compassion, humility and holistic well-being.
Objectives/Activities
- The establishment and management of a religious temple for the worship of the spiritual leader “Shirdi Sai baba”, and the organization of prayer services in this temple.
- Organizing cultural events and festivities according to Indian tradition, both for children and adults.
- Organizing Yoga sessions for adults and children.
- Organizing meditation sessions for adults.
- Teaching and guiding children of “Vedam” songs (sacred songs in Sanskrit), through experienced volunteers or on-line education.
- Teaching traditional Indian dances and classical music for children.
- The organization of lectures and seminars on spirituality and holistic well-being.
- The organization of benefit events for the local community, through the sale of collected clothing, books, stationery and small items.
